What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with business stakeholders to educate them on AI capabilities and identify opportunities for automation
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business problems into functional and technical requirements for AI solutions
- Document AI use cases, workflows, and expected outcomes for clarity and reusability
- Ensure compliance of AI solutions with company policies and data privacy standards
- Provide ongoing support for AI solutions, including troubleshooting and user training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in IT-related functions or relevant college coursework in Information Technology or a closely related discipline
- Strong skills in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI concepts and emerging technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Experience as an analyst for automated solutions and business process improvement
- Involvement in AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects
- Understanding of AI governance and model validation practices
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and services
