What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the creation and optimization of internal AI assistants tailored to legal workflows
- Connect AI tools to internal systems and manage data integration
- Serve as a point of contact for legal professionals seeking assistance with AI tools
- Monitor AI performance and propose updates to improve outputs and user experience
- Document system configurations and support compliance protocols related to AI data usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, AI operations, or a related technical role
- Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, or similar)
- Strong data skills: SQL, data modeling, APIs, or integration workflows
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical users
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with legal teams or contract data is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
