- Design and develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) .
- Implement AI-driven solutions for data processing, personalization, and workflow optimization .
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools into custom automation pipelines .
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency
- Conduct testing, monitoring, and optimization of automation processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Apply AI models and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.) to solve business problems and improve client deliverables.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and frameworks to recommend innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to design efficient workflows.
- 2 years or 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, automation, or workflow design .
- Proficiency with automation tools such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar .
- Experience integrating APIs and managing data transformation/enrichment pipelines .
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Hugging Face).
- Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript for building custom automations.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize automation processes.
- Experience in eCommerce automation, personalization, or lead generation workflows .
- Knowledge of web development frameworks and working alongside engineering teams.
- Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning pipelines .
- Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting environment .
