What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an enterprise AI literacy framework in collaboration with the head of data and AI governance
- Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance AI understanding across the organization
- Monitor AI systems for ethical risks, bias, and accountability, serving as a liaison between technical teams and business units
- Evaluate learning outcomes and update educational content to reflect the latest AI policies and ethical considerations
- Champion a culture of ethical AI use and continuous learning within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design, corporate training, and change management
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data governance, and ethical considerations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Significant experience with AI concepts and instructional design
- Understanding of change management and SAFe agile concepts
- Experience working in an Agile environment
