What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
- Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform to potential customers
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create compelling value propositions based on the prospect's ML stack
- Handle technical objections and develop strategies to address them across sales, engineering, and product teams
- Write educational content and engage with ML communities to raise awareness about deploying ML in production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, technical account management, or consulting
- Knowledgeable in Machine Learning, with experience in model training using packages like scikit-learn or HuggingFace
- Proficiency in Python and Linux/Unix
- Ability to work within ambiguity and take action with limited direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Experience in a high-growth environment
- Background in Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like GCP/AWS/Azure
