What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and recommend appropriate AI tools for various business use cases, translating requirements into detailed workflows
- Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Security, Sales, and Data Science to define and achieve solution goals
- Oversee the deployment and management of AI models, ensuring their effective operation in production
- Analyze large datasets to support data-driven decision-making and optimize AI model performance
- Manage AI-related tools and platforms, providing user support to promote efficient adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools, including OpenAI and AWS
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for AI deployment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with agile development tools such as JIRA
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development, including fairness and transparency
- Ability to build business cases and align AI solutions with customer needs
