      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Hub Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for streamlining our air cargo operations, minimizing airport handling time, and ensuring that cargo is optimally prepared for final airline transport. Your primary focus will be on driving increased efficiency, enhancing security measures, and facilitating seamless cargo handoffs to our airline partners. This strategic position requires exceptional coordination skills, a sharp eye for process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple hubs simultaneously.

      Key job responsibilities
      As our Air Hub Manager, you will spearhead a wide range of critical initiatives to elevate our air cargo logistics capabilities. Key priorities include streamlining operations, minimizing airport handling, enhancing security, and facilitating seamless cargo handoffs to airlines. You'll leverage your exceptional coordination skills and process improvement expertise to manage multiple hubs simultaneously, driving efficiency and optimization across the entire air cargo supply chain. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our service delivery to airline partners, ensuring cargo is primed for final transport with the utmost efficiency and security.

      A day in the life
      As an ir HUB Manager, you lead air ops at our strategic co-located HUB. Your days starts by reviewing KPIs, flight capacity and operational risks. You drive work coordinating with airlines, scaling routes and ensuring compliance. Each days blends tactical execution with strategic oversight. You track deliverables against timelines, manage escalations and dive deep into data to identify structural constraints ir cost-out opportunities. - Bachelor's degree;
      - 3 years of Experience in Air Operations (airport, cargo, ground handling);
      - 3 years of Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience;
      - Program or project management experience;
      - 3 years of Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership;
      - 3 years of Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
      - Fluency English.- Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA;
      - Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons;
      - Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations;
      - Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation.
