      Responsibilities
      Organize and maintain legal documents and case files, ensuring materials are properly indexed and easily accessible for attorneys.
      • Purpose: To support an efficient workflow and allow for quick retrieval of critical case information.
      Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and agreements.
      • Purpose: To support attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services and well-prepared filings.
      Conduct legal research to support case preparation and litigation strategy.
      • Purpose: To provide accurate, relevant, and up-to-date legal information that strengthens case outcomes.
      Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions for attorneys, clients, and expert witnesses.
      • Purpose: To ensure timely communication and organization throughout the litigation process.
      Draft correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of attorneys to clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
      • Purpose: To maintain clear, professional, and effective communication in all legal matters.

      Qualifications
      • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
      • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
      • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Knowledge of e-discovery processes and litigation support software.
