      The Alliance Manager will support the global leader on the Microsoft Partnership with a focus on executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Snowflake is one of a limited number of Microsoft Global ISV partners, resulting in hundreds of co-sell deals annually worth hundreds of millions of dollars. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience working with cloud providers, preferably Microsoft, who wants to scale their impact on our business.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Relationship Management and Tracking: Work with the global partnership leader to advise and track senior-level engagements, including next steps from key meetings.
      2. Alliances Operations: Establish and maintain operational rigor in support of co-sell activities, including:
      • Oversight of the internal Microsoft partnership program, including regular meetings and status reports.
      • Ensure enablement assets are current, identify gaps, and develop new collateral.
      • Execute monthly co-sell reporting to Microsoft.
      • Support a global team of cloud partner sales managers, acting as the main contact for co-sell issues related to sales plays, Partner Center, incentives, and exceptions.
    • Partnership Communications: Assist in executing strategic communication plans, including newsletters, business reviews, award submissions, and external partnership communications.
    • Industry Coordination: Serve as liaison to industry GTM teams to align and execute GTM strategies with Microsoft, including enablement materials.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with partner solution engineering, operations, marketing, and sales strategy teams.
    • Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in cloud provider ISV alliance management or equivalent.
      • Experience working with Microsoft in an alliance capacity, with understanding of Azure Marketplace, Partner Center, and funding programs.
      • Experience collaborating with field sales and understanding of account-level partnering.
      • Proven ability to foster relationships across diverse internal and external teams.
      • Experience working in a matrixed organization to deliver results.
      • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Ability to travel up to 10%.
      • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

      The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000, plus participation in Snowflake's bonus and equity plans. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
