What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Interview and qualify candidates to match them with suitable assignments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placements of healthcare professionals
- Provide ongoing support and expertise to candidates throughout their assignments
- Align compensation and assignments with the goals of the candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and goals
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general business applications

- Experience in the healthcare sector or recruiting
- Familiarity with various healthcare roles and requirements
