      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute allocations for assigned product categories in alignment with assortment strategies and store capacities
      - Analyze product performance at both store and item levels to identify risks and opportunities
      - Collaborate with Merchants and Planning partners to inform allocation decisions through cross-functional meetings
      - Develop and maintain reporting to track performance and support allocation strategies
      - Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy within allocation systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in allocation, planning, analytics, or retail inventory management
      - BA or BS required, preferably in a business-related field
      - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in retail math
      - Excel knowledge and skills are required
      - Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with retail allocation systems such as Blue Yonder/JDA, Oracle, or similar
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make judgment-based decisions independently
