What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the client's primary advocate and trusted advisor within the employer
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives
- Facilitate strategic planning for current and future projects aligning employer solutions with client priorities
- Monitor and support accounts receivable efforts in conjunction with finance teams
- Conduct operational reviews and spearhead escalated support and service initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0 - 10+ years of relevant work experience
- 0 - 7+ years of healthcare client account management experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and trends
