      AbbVie France is recruiting an Future Fit Apprentice. The position is to be filled from September 2023.

      Main Missions

      In line with the strategy of Abbvie France, the brand teams, and in coordination with the global and local teams, the Future Fit Partner Intern acts as a change agent to support the Abbvie France transformation towards omni-channel customer engagement.In the Business Excellence & ACE transformation team and under the Future Fit Capabilities Manager, the FF Partner Intern will be in charge:

      • As a Future Fit Intern, the mission is to support brand & in-field teams developing and mastering leading practices around the 5 Future fit capabilities (Brand Excellence, In-Field Excellence, Patient Experience, Customer Experience Digital transformation & Winning with data) to serve the customers & patients, via adapted learning programs.
      • Understand the brand, therapeutical area & customers to anticipate trends and support brand team and in-field future fit learning prorgams design and deployment.
      • Support brand teams and Future Fit pole in special project management relative to the 5 Future fit capabilities
      • Contribute in developing the learning experience within the affiliate around the 5 Future Fit Capabilities: Brand Excellence, In-Field Excellence, Patient Experience, Customer Engagement & Winning with data with the ambition to build & sustain a learning organization.

      As a Future Fit partner intern, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Future Fit learning strategies including competencies assessment.
      You will contribute to the development, implementation of local learning platform ‘The Academy’ dedicated for Brand Teams and InField Teams. This role involves the design, development, and delivery of learning programs (onboarding, continuous development & launch) and initiatives (awareness program, community of practices, …) to enhance the learning experiences of BT & IFT. In this role you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the learning programs are aligned with the organization's goals, objectives, and brand strategies

      • Contribute in managing The Academy for BT & IFT and content, including production and administration of the tool
      • Support in carrying the competency frameworks for BT and IFT projects
      • Contribute in designing the learning experience on FF on onboarding, continuous development & launches (analyze needs, define objectives, define tools and supports, etc)
      • Promote training content internally
      • Contribute in adapting and refining the ecosystem to new and future challenges related to business needs and mid/long-term learning trends.
      • Collaborate with various teams to identify Future Fit learning needs and create content that meets those needs
      • Contribute to the transformation initiatives

      Minimum Level of Initial Training Required

      Required experience:

      • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
      • Currently pursuing a masters degree
      • Knowledge of the broader healthcare environment and knowledge of commercial aspects.
      • Knowledge in Marketing, Customer Engagement, and/ or SalesForce Excellence tools and systems
      • English language proficiency verbally and in writing
