What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own day-to-day business performance across Amazon, including revenue and margin tracking
- Execute annual and quarterly sales plans in alignment with broader business objectives
- Drive execution of Amazon channel marketing initiatives to enhance traffic and conversion
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations, including pricing strategies and inventory health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated Amazon execution and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Amazon operations, digital retail, or channel marketing
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated ownership of Amazon business performance (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central experience required)
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills for building dashboards and performance reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and paid media optimization strategies
- Background in competitive and category analysis for pricing and promotional strategy
- Experience in managing product launches and brand campaigns on eCommerce platforms
- Knowledge of performance metrics related to advertising and conversion rates
