      Would you like to lead a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on increasing adoption of GN Audio portfolio within Amazon? Then come support our Amazon Enterprise dedicated Sales Organisation with best-in-class sales motion and expertise.

      Hybrid location within Europe

      We are looking for an Amazon dedicated WW Sales Lead to inspire the newly created sales team for Enterprise. To enlarge the market, we want to invest in a new GTM with Onliners and specifically Amazon representing 50% of this channel segment. Increasing our footprint and market share on the SMB and Prosumer is becoming a top priority for GN Enterprise for the next 3 years.

      Your responsibilities will include inspiring and growing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. Your background in AMZ sales management and best-in-class practices will enable you to help our team of account managers to engage with Amazon through the adequate strategy and to position GN Enterprise as a key partner for Amazon.

      You will delight our main partner with your strategic approach to business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions while working cross-organizationally to build consensus.

      Do you have the business savvy, industry knowledge, and enterprise IT business background necessary to help establish GN Enterprise as the key leading UCC provider to Amazon?

      Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

      • Growing sales revenues, increasing brand market share and building relationships with Amazon.
      • Help the team to develop and execute a short-, medium- and long-term Amazon business plan.
      • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, in helping to define and deliver GN´s overall strategy. Prepare and give business strategies and reviews to the senior management team.
      • Support your team with interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports answering business requirements where you will transform raw data into meaningful insights.
      • Understand, translate, and analyze all the Amazon-specific KPI’s and acronyms and provide the sales team with the appropriate data and information to help them to make the right business decision and investment cases.
      • Work closely with the Amazon team to ensure that GN Enterprise is the partner's preferred UCC provider.
      • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
      • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. (Sales, Marketing, Global Sales & Channel Management, Finance)
      • Elaborate and participate actively in the Amazon business review every week with the sales team, every month with the extended management team, and quarterly basis with the executive management team.
      • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuingly and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties


      To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

      • Have 10+ years of experience from a similar role inclusding analytics and systems development.
      • High proficiency with SQL and database management and a strong knowledge of Power BI will be a must.
      • Proven analytical abilities.
      • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
      • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
      • Be able to work in a teamwork environment with various cultures as the job recovers 3 main theaters NA, EMEA and APAC.
