Responsibilities
The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients. Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: No experience is required. 0-6 months of referral scheduling experience is preferred.
