What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows
- Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Provide analytical insights to support project planning, execution, and delivery
- Partner with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in implementing or developing Retail Banking AML solutions
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or MS-SQL databases and Actimize solutions
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and procedures
- Experience producing specifications for NICE Actimize customizations and AML solution configurations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile methodology and working with globally distributed teams
- Skilled in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation for completeness and quality
- Experience in documenting test cases and performing QA testing
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality functional and non-functional documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical competency
