      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct complex research and analyze documents to ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements
      - Manage and respond to economic sanctions-related alerts, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
      - Perform enhanced due diligence for higher-risk clients and conduct comprehensive risk assessments
      - Update and maintain client records and internal databases in compliance with KYC/AML guidelines
      - Provide guidance and training to partners and staff regarding KYC/AML procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of two years of KYC/AML experience and/or similar law firm experience
      - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive matters while maintaining confidentiality
      - Proficiency in relevant computer software programs (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Aderant with respect to client matter intake and billing functions
      - Ability to perform Internet research using various search functions
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
      - Demonstrated close attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
      - Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment
