Design and own a full-funnel orchestrated campaign for a specific segment/initiative and lead the implementation of Demand Generation, Nurturing, and ABM tactics (media, social, content syndication, webinars, events, email, etc.). Define the necessary scope and implementation plan based on business goals, segment priorities, and budget allocation.
Understand digital buyer’s journey and leverage customer insights to define touchpoints, with audience-specific value propositions and compelling reasons to act.
Play the entire funnel - from top-of-mind awareness through consideration and preference to purchase , for the owned campaign.
Collaborate and coordinate internal and external campaign stakeholders (sales, HP center of excellence (COE) teams, Marketing Ops, extended marketing team, as well as external vendors and 3rd party providers).
Integrate and advocate resellers and customers in campaign activations .
Assess the performance and return on the campaign's marketing investment (ROMI) and analyze and report regular results, contribution, and continuous improvement plans.
Full budget responsibility for the campaign, including the planning, allocation and negotiations for the dedicated marketing activities .
Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices in the Enterprise by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts, experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
Education: BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in B2B organizations, with a proven track record of owning revenue results.
B2B Segment Expertise: Demonstrated experience and understanding of the B2B segment, preferably within the capital equipment industry.
Marketing Skills: Experience in growth marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and revenue marketing.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively lead marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A passionate, driven, dependable, and transformational contributor who can inspire and motivate others toward achieving marketing goals.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and globally, approximately 15% of the time, to engage with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with global teams.
Continuous Learning: Proactive in staying updated with new marketing trends, innovations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
