      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of the company's capital strategy across various financing avenues
      - Assist in executing new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, and managing legal documentation
      - Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate financing proposals and assess capital structures
      - Prepare high-quality marketing materials to articulate the company's financial story to external capital providers
      - Analyze cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity levels to support treasury functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3+ years of professional experience in a large investment bank, commercial bank, or corporate treasury/capital markets group
      - Direct experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), or related fields
      - Proven track record of managing complex financing transactions
      - Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with proficiency in MS Excel
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFA designation or candidate status is a plus
      - Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal leaders and external partners
      - Superior presentation and communication skills for articulating financial concepts
