What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the build-out of compliance matrices for new jurisdictions, identifying risk owners and implementing controls
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of compliance reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and generate routine reports on non-compliance areas
- Undertake regulatory filings as required by gaming licenses or applicable law
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement company policies and address compliance-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in licensing compliance
- Experience in online gambling is preferred; familiarity with Mexican, LATAM, or Spanish gambling licenses is highly desirable
- Compliance qualifications preferred (e.g., International Compliance Association)
- Spanish proficiency at native or fluent level
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working collaboratively across different teams and departments
- Knowledge of gaming legislation and other laws impacting the operation of a gaming business
