What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify relevant data sources to develop reporting structures that support growth goals
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends and collaborate with senior teams on forecasting and inventory planning
- Assess and improve existing reporting and tracking processes based on stakeholder feedback
- Provide guidance to franchisees, architects, and contractors on the FF&E procurement process
- Maintain communication with vendors to address questions and challenges during procurement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Prior experience in a construction administrative support role, preferably within a restaurant or retail chain
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management within the restaurant or retail industry
- Familiarity with FF&E procurement processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
