Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to crew staffing and budgeting
- Assist in the development of staffing and budget plans
- Coordinate with external hotel business partner for cost analysis and control
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements in crew scheduling
- Identify and resolve obstacles related to crew efficiency and operational performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least three years of crew planning or scheduling experience
- Financial/business analytical experience can be substituted for crew planning/scheduling/hotel experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze relevant data and develop decision-support models
