      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze large data sets to identify patterns in customer behavior, store performance, and competitive pricing
      - Collaborate with team members to develop financial forecasts based on customer behavior analyses
      - Present findings and insights to various stakeholders through effective communication
      - Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track changes in customer spending
      - Drive long-term projects from scoping to execution with input from cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, math, or a related business field; Master's preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytics or statistics role, 2 years preferred
      - Proficiency in statistical programming languages, particularly R, and experience with SQL, Hive, or Hadoop
      - Strong presentation skills, including the ability to use PowerPoint and data visualization tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in pricing, merchandising, marketing, or the retail industry
      - Familiarity with advanced modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms
      - Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and creatively about business problems
      - Experience with data manipulation techniques and a desire to learn new analytics tools
