  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Prepare reimbursement applications under the supervision of a Program Manager
  - Conduct data entry into database applications, spreadsheets, or word processors
  - Organize and line item code invoices related to UST sites
  - Draft status and submittal letters to clients and perform quality checks on work
  - Manage time accounting on a timesheet and prepare accounting spreadsheets
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree preferred in Environmental Science
  - 1-3 years of related experience in a similar role
  - Extensive knowledge of business operations and excellent command of the English language
  - Proficiency in various software applications, including Office 365 and database management
  - High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and attention to detail in data entry
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with environmental claims and underground storage tank regulations
  - Experience with monday.com or other project management tools
  - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to claims management
