      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the day-to-day interaction and relationship management with global IT and software vendors
      - Track and analyze vendor performance using key metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for stakeholders
      - Participate in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and renewal processes
      - Monitor and analyze budgets for vendor-related expenditures, reviewing and validating invoices
      - Support and schedule business reviews with key vendors to assess performance and discuss future opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
      - 2-3 years of professional work experience in procurement, vendor management, or related fields, with a focus on IT and software procurement
      - Strong knowledge of vendor management principles, including SLAs, KPIs, and contract management
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget management
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Coupa P2P software
      - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Experience with budget analysis, invoice analysis, and inventory management
      - Experience conducting business reviews with vendors
