What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the collection, validation, and review of data from various systems for calculations and reporting
- Utilize Excel, Access, Alteryx, and other tools to convert and summarize data into a standard format
- Adapt processes to meet changing regulatory and operational requirements using analytical skills
- Ensure written procedures are current and compliant with internal policies and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with team members to establish best practices within the Government Reporting team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related area
- Strong ability to organize and manipulate large volumes of data in various formats
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and familiarity with analytical tools such as Access and Alteryx
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across multifunctional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of regulations supporting the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and other government pricing programs
- Experience in accounting and financial analysis
- Ability to propose solutions and implement process changes to improve efficiencies
