      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer health and wellness programs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with reporting and audit requirements
      - Support the design and delivery of benefit solutions aligned with Total Rewards and business strategies
      - Analyze and benchmark health and wellness programs to recommend improvements and drive engagement
      - Act as a liaison between vendors, associates, and systems to resolve issues and enhance program execution
      - Ensure compliance with government regulations through regular monitoring and program modifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in benefits program analysis, design, or administration
      - Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to health and wellness
      - Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel; HRIS experience required, with Workday experience a plus
      - Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills at all organizational levels

      - Experience in health and wellness plans and benefits administration
      - Well-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Ability to effectively multi-task and balance priorities with urgency
      - Experience with budgeting and financial management of Total Rewards programs
