      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure, document, test, modify, and maintain software applications, particularly the Epic system
      - Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical department users to enhance system acceptance and usage
      - Investigate and resolve application-related issues following established procedures
      - Design test cases and scripts, and perform both manual and automated testing
      - Provide first-line investigation and gather information for incident resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent certification
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
      - No specific certification or professional license is required for this position
      - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build relationships
      - Basic knowledge of application configuration and support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Experience with Epic EHR and clinical applications
      - Skills in application testing and IT documentation
      - Strong resolution management and end-user support abilities
      - Previous experience in cross-departmental collaboration
