      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
      - Perform basic malware analysis and develop processes for incident detection
      - Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management
      - Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts and public speaking events
      - Lead teams and interact effectively with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in incident handling and managing incident response
      - Background in computer forensic analysis using various forensic tools
      - Knowledge of network protocols and experience in network forensic analysis
      - Strong understanding of targeted attacks and incident remediation
      - BA or BS / MA or MS degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in programming/scripting languages such as C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET
      - Strong project management skills and ability to complete technical tasks without supervision
      - Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills
      - Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry
      - Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
