**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Lead divisional technology-related modernization efforts to improve Driver Licensing, Vehicle Registration, and other services
- Review, recommend, and implement modernization projects to streamline processes and enhance customer service
- Serve as a project lead for divisional and multi-divisional initiatives
- Develop conceptual designs and action plans for the implementation of new strategies
- Collaborate with team members to identify efficient ways to fulfill customer needs through digital services
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Must pass a fingerprint/criminal record clearance prior to hire
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Minimum educational requirement: relevant experience in an analytical or project management role
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

- Familiarity with digital service delivery and technology solutions
