What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow
- Assist in the implementation phases, including requirements gathering and workflow analysis
- Support users and the training team with build fixes and workflow design questions
- Collaborate with end users and internal partners to design solutions and explain workflows
- Document and migrate build processes for system enhancements and upgrades
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a healthcare technology environment
- Knowledge of Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Sherlock
- Experience in nephrology and kidney care
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Epic Community Connect
- Experience in project management within healthcare settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
