      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices for internal employees and contingent workers
      - Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
      - Deploy and troubleshoot end-user computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and printers
      - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and MAC operating systems and applications
      - Maintain a high degree of customer service while adhering to service management principles and standard operating procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to work 100% from a corporate office, 5 days a week
      - Minimum of 2 years of tech support experience, including support for Windows and Mac systems
      - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and corporate networks
      - An Associate degree, Certificate, or Boot Camp in Computer Science or equivalent training/experience
      - Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of various Windows OS, networking principles, and mobile technologies
      - Experience with workstation setup, refreshes, and conference room support
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting VPN connectivity for remote users
