What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze current business practices for process improvements
- Perform system maintenance and assist with HRMS upgrades, including testing and implementation
- Provide production support by researching and resolving HRMS issues and recommending solutions
- Generate and maintain reports/queries to support customer needs and ensure data integrity
- Conduct training sessions for clients and new system users, developing user procedures and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in UKG Workforce Management system
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in HRIS or a related IT/technical capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Payroll
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
