What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support institutional sales team members with day-to-day activities
- Act as a liaison with external and internal constituents, providing timely responses to inquiries
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy
- Prepare briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Maintain Sales Force CRM for data entry, reporting, and engagement tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or 3+ years of related work experience
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to a minimum of 3 years in the role for effective development in asset management distribution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working at an asset manager, institutional consultant, or financial services firm in related roles
- Familiarity with DDQ and RFP databases and industry sources
- Experience using CRM systems and applications like Salesforce and PowerBI
- Understanding of institutional investment processes
- Progress towards CFA Level I or relevant FINRA licensing
