      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the execution and continuous improvement of the eDiscovery program and related processes
      - Manage legal technology platforms and assist with data analysis and reporting
      - Lead or support cross-functional projects, including system implementations and compliance initiatives
      - Maintain documentation and templates to ensure consistency within the legal department
      - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support application onboarding and risk mitigation efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (JD or paralegal certification a plus)
      - 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, or a related role
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
      - Familiarity with legal processes and terminology
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Lean Six Sigma or project management certification (e.g., PMP)
      - Experience in corporate legal departments or law firms
      - Understanding of legal hold systems and M365
