What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables
- Design, coordinate, and manage logistics for external and internal meetings
- Own knowledge capture during client meetings and co-facilitate as needed
- Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to inform client recommendations
- Contribute to proposal development efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (or have had one within the past two years)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in a client-facing environment
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the DC and Baltimore metro areas
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in change management, strategic planning, and program management
- PMP and/or Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Familiarity with organizational design principles
