      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and communicate clear, compelling, and actionable insights from data analysis
      - Gather data using various third-party platforms and analytics tools
      - Ensure timely completion of client-facing and internal reporting
      - Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and methodologies
      - Provide on-the-job training to assistant analysts and present findings to internal teams and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fields; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative data-driven field, preferably in an agency setting
      - Strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing and analytics
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks while mentoring assistant analysts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, or other advanced analytics software packages
      - Familiarity with ad-serving and web analytics tools such as Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics
      - Knowledge of database design concepts and SQL
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
      - Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and Javascript
