What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and communicate clear, compelling, and actionable insights from data
- Gather data through various third-party platforms and analytics tools
- Ensure timely reporting for both client-facing and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes
- Present reports and results to internal teams and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative data-driven field (agency experience preferred)
- Strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing and analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks while mentoring assistant analysts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is preferred
- Experience in SAS, SPSS, R, or other advanced analytics software packages
- Familiarity with ad-serving and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Access is a plus
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and Javascript
