What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, interpret, and present results of data analysis to improve Procurement/Purchasing performance
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to create and maintain on-demand reporting
- Develop training procedures to ensure accurate data entry and management in Procurement systems
- Implement data standardization and improvements in Procurement systems, including reporting capabilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert, providing training and support for users of Procurement systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of user experience with Oracle Purchasing
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics within a Procurement or similar setting
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience with Purchasing and Payables
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing large datasets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical device industry experience
- Strong presentation skills for training users
- Familiarity with SQL queries and data management
