      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system
      - Provide effective quality controls to referral management, call center, and fulfillment operations
      - Monitor compliance with all company policies and federal/state/local regulations
      - Develop QA training programs and materials, and provide training to departmental personnel
      - Conduct internal audits and support external audit logistics and operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in a scientific discipline or related experience
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality-related field
      - Strong computer skills utilizing a Microsoft environment (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
      - Good oral, written, and presentation skills
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and trends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in mathematics with an understanding of basic statistical concepts
      - Experience in developing quality improvement initiatives
      - Familiarity with pharmacy solutions and operations
      - Skills in decision-making and problem-solving to ensure compliance
