What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the scope and workflows of applications or projects under test
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to align with development progress and priorities
- Review user stories and design specifications to inform test planning and ensure coverage
- Design and execute test plans and scripts to validate application performance against specifications
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including reporting, tracking, and resolution using testing tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance testing and analysis
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Azure DevOps and HP QC ALM
- In-depth knowledge of QA principles and banking technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or more years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically in testing banking transactions and applications
- ISTQB Certification
- Automation Certification
- Scrum Master Certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
