What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the operational aspects of the Analyst Relations program, including scheduling and deliverable coordination
- Support participation in major analyst evaluations by managing project workflows and stakeholder communications
- Develop and maintain project timelines for Analyst Relations initiatives to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Maintain centralized tracking for analyst interactions and provide reporting on program metrics and outcomes
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Analyst Relations and internal teams to ensure alignment on content and priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in analyst relations and overseeing major evaluation cycles
- Proven ability to design, manage, and improve workflows and timelines
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Strong communication and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing evaluation processes or supporting external research submissions
- Proven success in improving program efficiency through workflow automation or tool utilization
- Solid understanding of the analyst landscape (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and ability to identify new engagement opportunities
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on improving operational clarity and scalability
