What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert-level support for the full lifecycle of federal grants and cooperative agreements
- Conduct pre-award activities including budget analysis, risk assessments, and drafting terms and conditions
- Manage post-award functions such as monitoring performance, processing amendments, and initiating closeouts
- Advise program managers and leadership on complex grants management issues
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the grant lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal grants/acquisition
- Proven experience supporting pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities
- Experience with technical assistance and compliance monitoring
- Knowledge of federal regulations including 2 CFR 200
- Familiarity with systems like ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DOT and/or grant management
- Proficiency in using ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions for grants processing
