What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Access, compile, and analyze data from multiple platforms to generate standard and custom revenue management reports and case studies.
- Track performance on established key performance indicators and provide reporting and narratives to support decision-making.
- Create and distribute monthly regular and standard reporting packages, recommending enhancements to improve capabilities.
- Assist in reconciling revenue management vendor invoices and preparing monthly property and client billing.
- Identify opportunities for improving services and customer support within the Revenue Management function and recommend innovations.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in real estate property management operations, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience using advanced functions of Excel, such as pivot tables, and familiarity with business analytics platforms like Power BI.
- Solid ability to analyze market and economic data and create compelling reporting packages and narratives.
- Good process management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks according to specified timelines.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in real estate property management operations and familiarity with revenue management technologies.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
- Experience in interacting with external clients and vendors.
- Ability to quickly learn various data management platforms that support new business development.
