What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and maintain record royalty rates and statements for record label clients
- Analyze recording agreements and summarize applicable royalty rates and terms
- Perform fund calculations and recoupment analyses based on contractual language
- Assist with financial close processes by responding to information requests
- Process and review artist royalty statements to ensure accuracy and timely issuance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administering and analyzing artist royalties
- Strong computer skills, particularly in data entry and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access is preferred but not required
- Experience working under pressure and managing overtime during peak periods
