      Overview

      The Sales Support Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the sales organization through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. This position helps improve sales efficiency, ensures data accuracy, and provides actionable insights to drive business growth.

      Responsibilities

      • Sales Data Analysis:
        Analyze sales trends, pipeline performance, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
      • Reporting & Dashboards:
        Build and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, or business intelligence tools. Ability to executive/board level briefing reports.
      • CRM Administration:
        Ensure accurate and consistent data entry within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
      • Sales Forecasting Support:
        Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts by collaborating with sales leaders, finance and aggregating relevant data.
      • Lead & Opportunity Tracking:
        Monitor sales pipeline health, lead conversions, and opportunity progress to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
      • Process Improvement:
        Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest or implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
        Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support campaign effectiveness, pricing analysis, and customer onboarding.


      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
      • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business/data analysis
      • High level proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
      • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft programs
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      • Experience in supporting global or distributed sales teams
