      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and respond to incident and task-related tickets
      - Provide a first level of escalation to Associate SOC Analysts
      - Assist in escalation-related matters presented to the security operations center
      - Collaborate with various Information Security and Information Technology teams to ensure the overall security of the firm
      - Assist with firewall-related projects and routine maintenance tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of IT or Information Security experience, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
      - Holds junior-level industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, Network+, or similar)
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and translate security and risk management terminology in business terms
      - Basic understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
      - Understanding of ticket flow and troubleshooting issues across teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Holds mid-level industry certifications related to network security (Palo Alto PCNSA, Cisco CCNA Security, Fortinet Certified Professional - Network Security, or similar)
      - Rudimentary leadership abilities
      - Understanding of security system concepts, including web filtering, firewall management, and vulnerability management
