      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Adjudicate background screenings and audit staffing agencies' background check processes
      - Manage data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs
      - Provide support for various compliance projects related to background screenings and I-9s
      - Coordinate events and manage projects for the recruiting team
      - Assist in maintaining high standards of confidentiality throughout processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional, or related field
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Solid research and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
      - Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures
      - Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
      - Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven
      - Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
