What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple customer and business line inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with internal and external counterparties to ensure timely settlements and resolve settlement breaks
- Monitor daily processes including settlement fails and cash break resolutions
- Provide email support and reporting aligned with business processes
- Build and maintain relationships while cross-training within Clearing and Settlements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of industry experience, ideally in middle office or back-office operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Bloomberg preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with Pershing NetX360 is a plus
- Orientation towards optimization and efficiency in processes
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 licensed within 120 days of hire date
