What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure CredentialStream modules, workflows, forms, and rules to meet business requirements
- Build complex reports and dashboards, potentially interfacing with SQL/BI tools
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements driven by end-user needs
- Own testing and UAT processes, including defect tracking and validation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Direct experience with CredentialStream, including hands-on configuration and advanced report building
- Background in healthcare applications related to credentialing, privileging, or provider data
- Proven experience in designing and implementing user-driven system enhancements
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
- Solid understanding of SDLC and change management in a regulated environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with credentialing and privileging processes, provider lifecycle, and payer enrollment
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as SQL, SSRS, or Power BI
- Experience with integrations, including APIs and data migration
- Knowledge of service management tools for incident and change tracking
- Process improvement mindset with experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
